Service Manager

Midwest Flooring in looking for a Service Manager in the
Denton, TX area.

Duties include but are not limited to:

Oversees customer complaint work orders. Communicating with
the customer, installer, and the store to see what needs to be done to get the
job completed.

• Job Site
inspections on all installers. Making sure they are giving the best customer
service. Reviewing the job with the customer, making sure the installer is
protecting the customer's property; supervising the overall quality of the
install.

• Build
relationships with the installer, meeting with them talking to them encouraging
them; be the go-to person if they run into any trouble on a job site.

• Review
reports on the installers and reviewing those findings with them during
training meetings as well as with the owners to make sure we have the best
installers by encouragement and training.

* Must have
computer skills and knowledge of flooring and the installation process,

* Must be
organized, detail oriented, and a go getter, has the willingness to take
ownership of their job.

* Must be willing
to work with the customers, installers, and stores to complete tasks.
