Sales Support

Essential
duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:


  • Support sales team and account managers with reports
    and analysis for customers and sales team

  • Create, maintain and sort financial and non-financial data in excel form and
    present reports daily, weekly,
    monthly.

  • Support sales managers by helping to file important
    documents and communicate
    relevant information.

  • Respond to customer complaints, questions and/or concerns and provide additional
    support when requested.

  • Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional materials via power point and
    other source materials.

  • Review and draft letters, presentations, and various other documents as needed.

  • Perform other duties such as scheduling meetings,
    coordinating specific projects across departments, and communicating with customers and sales team to obtain information required for submission.

  • Potential for calls on weekends, working remotely.

  • Performs other general office duties as needed.

Qualifications
and Experience:



  • Experience with national account sales support - a
    PLUS!

  • 2 + years of sales and/or customer service experience
    required

  • Ability to meet multiple deadlines and effectively handle competing priorities.

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint

  • Strong skills in preparing, reviewing and proofreading
    business documentation such as letters and other sales presentations.

  • Ability to listen and communicate professionally – both verbally and in writing.

  • Organizational skills with a good ability to prioritize workloads and handle multiple tasks
    concurrently.

  • Excellent internal and external customer service.
