Well-established, 30-year-old Marine/ Small Boat/ Jet Ski Business located in Broward County seeks a
Professional Office Manager available to start immediately.
Seeking someone who will RUN the SHOW and interested in EXPANDING an existing business. A visionary who wants to take the business to the next level. The sky is the limit!
Proven experience in the marine/boating industry a required. •
Requirements:
Fluent in English,
Proficient computer skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word and Excel
Accurate typing and data entry skills
Excellent written and verbal Communication skills
Ability to prioritize and multitask is essential
Highly organized and detail oriented
Integrity and professionalism

Handle Accounts Payable/Receivable, general office paperwork/invoices.
Responsibilities:
personable, and customer-service oriented are musts.
Answer phone and provide excellent customer service
Become proficient in the use of various computer programs (Quickbooks, for example)
Proven ability to work independently
Maintain and order office supplies
Experience:
Proven experience in the marine/boating industry a required.
Work authorization:
Legal to work in United States (Required)
Work location/Hours:
Broward (one location)
Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00PM (Monday – Friday)
Compensation/Benefits:
Excellent Pay
