Maintenance Technician

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician for a
mid-size apartment complex located in East Orange, NJ. This is a hands-on
position responsible for performing a variety of repairs and maintenance tasks
in residential units.

Requirements:

Proven experience in
apartment/property maintenance (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, general
repairs)

Must have own tools

·
Must speak English

·
Ability to work
independently and responsibly
