IASCO Flight Training Dispatcher

IASCO
Flight Training is seeking motivated individuals for the position of Flight
Dispatcher at the Redding Municipal Airport. This position facilitates the
transfer of aircraft from one student/instructor to the next. Dispatchers
provide coordination with flight operations, aircraft maintenance, and
administration to assist in maintaining a high level of safety, operational
efficiency and all other duties as assigned. This individual needs to be
courteous, friendly, outgoing, have people skills, flexible, willing to help
others, be on time, and adhere to the culture and diversity within the
organization.

Applicant
should be a friendly multi-tasker with an attention to detail. Aviation
experience is preferred, but not required for the right person. This position
does not require an FAA Dispatcher Certificate. Applicant should also be
capable of following written & verbal instructions, and strict documented
procedures. Strong data entry and Microsoft Office proficiency a must. Starting
pay is $11-$15 per hour (DOE), and medical, dental and vision insurance is
offered after 60 days. This individual will have a 90 re-evaluation
for a potential pay increase upon meeting the standards of operations.
