Position Summary:
The Client Specialist is responsible for providing client service excellence in our retail stores. It is expected that you will be knowledgeable on the benefits of all Cash Money products and services. You will need to use your sales ability to explore opportunities to meet our clients’ needs.
Additional accountabilities include accuracy in cash balancing, adherence and compliance with all policies and procedures and governing federal and provincial legislation.
All Client Specialists will be required to work a variety of shifts, which include days, evenings and weekends.
Experience Requirements:
1 + years of cash handling experience
1 + year of sales experience (preferred)
1 + year client service experience
Education:
Completion of high school or equivalent
Languages:
Speak English, Read English, Write English
Business Equipment and Computer Applications:
Currency counting machine, General office equipment, Electronic mail, Word processing software, Spreadsheet software, Internet browser.
Job Functions:
Conduct financial transactions for clients, Balance daily transactions, Change foreign currency, Promote financial products and services, Provide information to clients
Security and Safety:
Criminal record check (abstract), Credit check
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:
Fast-paced environment within an office setting
Essential Skills:
Numeracy, Excellent Communication Skills(Oral and Written), Problem Solving, Decision making, Critical Thinking, Planning and Organization Skills, MS Office Skills,
