Pro-form Hybrid Trainer

This trainer has two modes - A recumbent bicycle and an elliptical trainer. The console display can be raised or lowered to match the mode in use. The display has selection of 7 iFIT program per mode and has a manual mode as well. The pedal resistance can be changed through the consaole It also shows progress by dislaying speed, distance, time, calories used, and pulse.
