Just so you know the outside doesn't look like the picture anymore. This camper was set up to never be moved again so I do not have deck. The dishwasher and dining was removed and replaced with cabinets and countertops. Also there is no AC unit. It has tile flooring in the kitchen and living room but in order to close slide out we had to pull up some of the flooring and two of the cabinets. It can be put back and will look exactly like the picture of the inside.
I have written bill of sale from the girl I bought it from and the original receipt from when her uncle bought it from company. It has tires although one is bad. Slide outs work. I do not have a title and can't tell you anything about tag. Ive only owned the camper for a month me and my husband split planned on living in it with my 2 small children.
