This is brand new and has never been used. I've only had this for a
week and I can not use it. It is not made for offset umbrellas. I
already loaded it up with bricks and sand so those do not have to be
purchased. I paid $172 two weeks ago plus $14 for bricks and sand. Looking to get $150. Ready to be picked up anytime in West Peabody.
