Very nice, dark mahogony color bonded leather rocker/recliner. This chair is extremely comforable. There are very few signs of wear and the filling in the back cushions can be adjusted for comfort. All mechanisms work and the leather is in very good shape. The footrest is raised with a lever on the right side of the chair and lowered by the lever or by applying pressure with your legs. The chair is easy to move through doors when reclined and then turned on its side. It is substantial, but not too heavy.
