Sofa is in dark charcoal colour suede like fabric, is in excellent condition and only 3 years old. Size: Length 84", Height at back 32", Front to Back 35", 3 cushions 25"
we purchased it from Chairs and More in Chatham, ON, and selected a long wearing fabric (Polyester)made in Canada.
It has been in a non smoking environment.
