Kids loft bed including mattress

Kids loft bed from ikea for sale including mattress. Smoke free, no bugs. Added additional railing to frame to accommodate a full size mattress. Still in good shape. Have removed stickers and cleaned off drawings there were done on frame. Looking for a good home. Bed will be apart for pickup. There is a small rip in the mattress just in the fabric on the top as seen in picture. Does not affect the mattress. Come with mattress protector as well. regular price for frame is 199.00 plus the 150 regular we paid for the mattress. Asking 200 obo.
