Fresh rabbit

I'm thinking about resting rabbits, I use to a long time ago. I see that rebuilt meat is running 14 to $16 a pound. But befor I do, I need to no if I will have a market for it. Nothing big, 2,3, douse an a good buck. When I say fresh, I mean you pick one out an I do the rest. Can't get any fresher then that. And I will definitely under cut price per pound.
So is there any rabbit meat lovers out there?
