NOTICE TO BIDDERS AND ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS FOR PURCHASE OF TIMBER LAKE BROADBAND
The Timber Lake City Board of Trustees will be accepting Bids for the purchase of Timber Lake Broadband and its licenses, permits, leases, authorizations, equipment, accounts and records. A complete set of bidding documents can be obtained at the Timber Lake City Finance Office at 700 Main Street, PO Box 431, Timber Lake, SD, 57656 or by calling 605-865-3790 or by emailing cityoftl@tlsd.us. Bids will be accepted until 5:00 PM, Mountain Time, November 4, 2019. Bids will be evaluated on November 4, 2019 at 7:00 PM during the City Board of Trustee’s regularly scheduled monthly meeting. The City of Timber Lake Board of Trustees reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Bids and to waive any irregularities therein.
