Cleaning of the coils both evaporator and condenser were completed.

Amp check on compressor and all fans.

Pressures, Super heat, sub cooling, and wet bulb all in good condition.

The unit is 82 1/2" x 53 7/8" x 31".

This unit worked great for me, but it is more freezer space than I need and can use the space better for my purposes.

It can be picked up at Advantage Services in Denver CO or Delivered (fee to be arranged with Advantage Services)
