Has ran but needs a stater, hasn't been registered since 2002, DMV fees like $500, had oil/oil filter changed, will need full tune up,jets/ carbs cleaned,and a new battery ( if I sell it with battery it stays at $200..) Hasn't run in 9 months A lil tlc and you can have good running bike, or complete spare for parts, comes with bill of sale only. Sold as is due to fees.
