By adjusting the weight to the level you are comfortable doing the exercise, it enables you to get a shoulder, lat, back and arm workout in less than 15 min. As your strength increases you adjust the machines weights so that you are always keeping your number of your desired reps the same. I paid $1800.00 for the machine and it’s in excellent shape.
