Duplex timeshare wanted

Family of 3 humans and 3 dogs need a duplex with both units empty, shared backyard is ok but separate preferred on my end with a knack for privacy. All dogs are emotional support animals and up to date on vaccines including rabies, we can't afford rent unless under 1700 per month, (half time share and half rent is something we can work with).
