in a 2 bedroom condominium, in a good area of West Los Angeles.

I have married children, and grandchildren.

I offer:

1. A private bedroom;
2. A private bathroom;
3. Use of the living and dining rooms, the kitchen; and
4. Use of a washer/dryer.
5. Garaging available.

I am looking for a roommate who can
help me with simple breakfasts and some simple dinners. about 5 days per week.

The rent value of the accommodation
is $1200 per month.

I will discount that to $350 per
month for those services.

Occupation can be from December 1,
2018.
