I own a 2 bedroom townhome in Carlsbad that I am looking to share. Prefer female roommate.
You would have full access to the entire house including a garage for your car plus storage room if needed, fireplace, full kitchen privileges, a pretty patio area and pool access. Home does have AC.
The rent is $680.00 per month. You pay 30% utilities which comes to about $30.00 per month. Free cable and WI-FI in your room.
Your bedroom is a master bedroom. It is unfurnished with full bath.
Month to month lease with 30 day out clause. First and last months rent requested at the time of move-in plus $250 security deposit.
Looking to rent before December 1.
