I am a 57 year old honest christian female looking for a quality person to share a home in Spring Hill. I want a like-minded individual with stable employment who will pay on time. Great location in the heart of Spring Hill near Publix. This is a nicely furnished room-$600 a month (Utililties, Cable and Internet Included). The room is upstairs with a private bath. A bonus room can be used as office space. Lots of storage space. I have a cat, but please no other pets. There is an attached 2 car garage that may be used for one vehicle.
