Roommate wanted

Looking for a mature renter to share my home. I have a room to rent in my South Granville Country home for $450 a month.Country living at its finest with easy access to Wake Forest, Raleigh, and Durham. All utilities, satellite TV, and WiFi are included in the rent. Roommate will have access to the common areas of the home, living room, kitchen, laundry, and enjoy use of the outdoor sitting areas and large in ground pool. I am looking for an individual roommate (no couples) who is pet friendly with no criminal record, no drugs, and a non-smoker.
