Roomate wanted for 75 yr.old female, deaf/disabled - $500

I am looking for a woman near my age to share two bedroom duplex, unfurnished bedroom, share bathroom. Living room and kitchen downstairs, bedrooms & bathrooms upstairs. All carpeted except for kitchen & bathroom, which is lino There will be a background check run, no drinking or drugs. I would not require any assistance from person sharing home, I have an IHSS aide who takes care of all my shopping, Dr`s appt., etc. I need someone to be here at night because of my deafness I would not here smoke alarm, intruders, etc.!
