I have a 11 by 10 room available in my 750 SQ feet apartment. The room is currently being used as my art studio/office so I haven't posted a picture because it's in full use. I'm getting an art studio with an art collective in Seattle which is why the room is opening up! It will be available in the beginning of January. Move in date is flexible.
The apartment is right by 9th Street so getting onto the freeway takes two minutes. There's tons of coffee shops, wright park, Stadium Thriftway nearby. It's a pretty epic location.
The bedroom comes with a parking space behind the house. This used to be a house back in the early 1900s and it was refinished into separate apartments. Everyone that lives in the building knows each other relatively well so it's a very safe, chill atmosphere.
Utilities run 100-200$ a month and internet is 25$ a month so total bills will be 525$ to 625$ a month to live here. The deposit is also low, I believe 250$ but I can't remember atm.

I work for Cafe Vita pretty much full time in Seattle and run a jewelry buisness so when I'm home I'm basically asleep, playing with my two adorable kitties, or working quietly on things. I am a quiet roommate and I'm looking for someone who is at least relatively quiet because I have to be up at 5am many days of the week. I work 60ish hours a week so my sleep is essential to my health. I do have earplugs that I can use too. Of course it's chill if you want to have a friend over whenever you want, just no spontaneous parties! That stuff requires some heads up.
I have two long-haired mixed cats. They're supper nice and cuddly. Tolouse is a total flirt with the ladies. I'll be keeping their litterbox in a separate bathroom in my room so you don't have to deal with that.
I'm looking for someone who is community conscious and driven. By that I mean you care about others, the community and making the world a better place in your own way, doing good things for yourself and others.
I am a part of the Burning Man community so you could guess that I'm quite artistic and very open-minded/liberal. If you're highly religious or conservative this will not be a good fit, my lifestyle will most likely offend you quite a bit. For example, I sculpt sparkling vagina pendants and sell them online 💁. I'm also working on a series of sparkle tit pendants 🌈!
