• Street parking + a first-come, first-served lot behind the building
• Shared porch area

• Building allows cats (there are already two here, which is the limit)
• No dogs allowed per building rules

• Midtown, near Wayne State
• Less than 5 minutes to I-94, I-96, and I-75
• Walkable to cafes, restaurants, and public transit

We are easygoing, respectful, and clean - looking for a roommate with a similar vibe who wants to share the space.
