Single male 41 yrs old hasRoom for rent 3 bedroom 2 bathroom. townhome. Will be added to lease if wishes. There is also a second empty bedroom as well that may be occupied for no extra cost. I pay electric gas internet and half the rent. Lived here 3 years lease still good till next July. Smokers welcome but must be outside . Serious interests only. First month rent up front. Very layed back atmosphere . DO NOT like Drama........ I am diaabled vet and work many hours.....Hope to hear from you very soon....
