Room for rent

I have a room for rent in the three bedroom two bath home that I rent in Longview. Looking for a mature older woman like myself. No smoking, peaceful and quiet with a large backyard for gardening and dogs. I have two small dogs and will accept another dog. I have two large rooms for rent, one with a small bathroom and shower. Use of kitchen, laundry and covered parking, patio. You will share a portion of the electric and water bills. The larger room is $550 and the smaller room is $400 per month. Must have a full time job and references.
