Room for Rent

Nice people nice home. Looking for a nice responsible female that would like to join us. Can have room furnished or not. Cute beachy house with a nice fenced in back yard. Washer and dryer also included. $600 monthly on pay $300 every 2 weeks. $150 refundable deposite at move in. I need someone to stay at the least 4 months. Possibly open to a well behaved cat or dog that would do fine with my roommates 9month old kitten. Available February 17. Sorry no. Picture of the room since my current roommate still lives there. It does fit a queen size bed with a very big dresser and room to spare. It also has a nice size closet. Close to Belcher and Nursery.
