Looking for female only . to share duplex with. Walking distance from Downtown Main St., Hendersonville. Very clean, quiet , very safe, Washer and dryer.I am a single white male 52 years old. I have a business here. And I travel to Florida every month. When I mean clean for example I take my shoes off when I get inside. There’s never a dirty dish in the sink. The bathroom is spotless, I am really never here my daughters live in Spartanburg so I visit quite often as well. There is no Internet here but I would be more than glad to get it if you needed it. Great neighbors extremely quiet. Must have drivers license and a job. Prefer someone over 40. Thanks for reading this. $500 A month
