Room for rent

I live east of town towards alfalfa. Live on 5 acres and have an extra room or a toy hauler for rent. Hoping to exchange for some help around my property. Mowing grass watering plants general up keep on the property. If not we can figure out a price for the room. Have a nice house like to keep it clean. I have a 6yr old son and a 8yr old daughter 2days during every week and every other weekend. They are very well behaved kids. Also have a dog. I'm in and out allot and do most of my work from home.
