room for rent - $600

I have a room for rent in a age qualified community located in Vero Beach, My home is quite and on the lake which is great for fishing, I have a sunroom, pool and lots of other great amenities.Must be able to pass a background check. Must have a regular job or some regular form of income. Must be clean and help with household cleaning.600 a month plus 600 deposit. Can make payment arrangements on the deposit if necessary. No pets please!!! Will be Available Oct.1st.
