Room For Rent - $775

I have a room for rent inside a very nice and clean 2bd,1bath, duplex apartment. Looking for Someone who is mature, respectful, responsible and clean. Must have Job and references and pay rent on time. Utilities are included in rent 775.00 a mo which is due every 1st of the month. Place has wash/dryer and very close to bart, ac transit and stores all in walking distance. I'm very adamant about cleanliness.
