Room available for rent in a 2-bed 1 bath duplex complaex

I have a room available in a duplex 2 bed 1 bath Apt complex. It's in a very nice and quiet neighborhood close to all major stores and Amazon.
It's available starting April1st. Leasing option is flexible 12 Month lease / Month to Month option is also available. We're preferably seeking a female professional or a student but is not mandatory. Single occupancy is required!
I don't have any preference over gender or type of person. Just be professional, Clean, respectful, and mature and be able to of pay the rent and share of your utilities on time. Have a Job
Rent is $600.00 a month plus share of utilities or $700.00 in total all inclusive.
Utilities include Water/Sewer/Garbage disposal, electricity and internet use. Room is partially furnished with an attached bath. Parking is just outside our duplex. Any other question, please free to ask.
