Room available for rent - $525

You have access to a bathroom, kitchen and small dining area. I have a cat. I also work at night. I dont interfere with people and want someone peaceful & responsible to rent this room. The rent would be month to month. It includes internet and utilities. The room is available July 1st. The first month would be 525+250 (applied to the last months rent)
