My name is Priscilla I'm a working professional single mother, I have 1 Son who is 6 years old. I recently bought my first house in Taunton. I LOVE IT! I take pride in my home and keeping it clean!

I am searching for a female to rent my basement. There is 1 large bedroom with plenty of storage, full bathroom, 1 smaller bedroom with a small closet and a area for Tv and a couch.

I am okay with small/mid size pet. I am looking for the right renter. I am not desperate by any means!! I can pay all the bills on time without the rent money. I just never use the basement I feel like i'm waisting the space. I would rather help someone who is looking for a safe clean home.
