Furnished private bedroom and your own full bathroom with closet in the on-suite laundry room. All inclusive in a 2 bedroom/ den 2 bathroom luxury penthouse condo in east-end of Scarborough. Directly on a 24 hr. TTC route.
Lease is available for a minimum of six month lease for first 6 months then on a month to month basis. Looking for a single quiet professional working man, non- smoking, clean/organized male. You would be sharing the condo's common areas (kitchen, living-room and private terrace with a male couple. We are away from the condo for at least 6 months from fall to spring and also, at times for part of the summer. So, you must be a responsible individual that can be alone for extended periods of time. We have a small dog/bird who travels with us so you cannot bring a pet of your own. Please contact only if you are serious and willing to share your employment information in the vetting process.
The $1200 monthly rent includes all utilities including hydro, garbage, high speed internet, internet-phone , satellite TV, heating, central AC and hot/cold water, in-suite washer/dryer, access to recreation areas are all included.
Not included :Parking space can be rented privately from other condo owners for approximately $40 /month. Insurance for your personal belongings is not included and you must seek that out on your own.

First and last month's rent is required=$2400.00
The monthly rent ($1200) is due on the last day of every month thereafter.
