1 single room with separate attached bath room and walk in closet available in our 2 bed 2 bathroom,in Unit laundry expected Rent 800.00 price negotiable including utilities.If 2 female roomies want to share the single room they can split the rent $400.00 per month.Its a nice gated Community at Bethany Village ,Starbucks,subway all restaurants japaneese/Korean/chineese,Mexican Indian food available,Salons,banks,Walgreens everything is 5 minutes walk from the Apartment,great school area too.
