Looking for roommate with no drama, to share an apartment in (Lancaster City, Kensington apartments). It’s a quiet area with plenty of street parking, you can typically find parking right in front or any other parking areas, The room is available to move in February 3rd. WIFI is included in rent. Other utilities are not included, like electric and gas, we will split those bills half Your cut will be about $570 per month. My new roommate will have access to the common areas of the home, living room, kitchen and access to washer and dryer, Ideally and you will have your own bathroom.
