I have a room for rent in a 3 BD, 2 BA house in Imperial, CA. Great, quiet, safe, new neighborhood Prior people that have rented here will tell you this is a great place to live. Asking price is $600 per month plus equal share in utilities. There is no lease but I will need a deposit as well as first month payment upon moving in.
