Great SW Portland location in Hayhurst

I have a room and full bathroom that will be available for rent April 1st. This apartment is in a excellent location close to Multnomah Village and only 10 min from downtown. It is a wonderful community! My place is fully furnished in the shared living space (living room, dining and kitchen) so it would perfect for someone traveling lightly. There is not any parking available with the exception of renting a garage so it would perfect for you if you take transit (very transit friendly). I am a working professional in my 40’s looking for someone responsible and chill. Monthly rent is $700 flat which includes all utilities (internet, tv etc). I have one cat who is 12 years old.
