Furnished 1 bedroom for rent in a house share of 3 other tenants 2 females and 1 male. You will share a full and a half bathroom with only 2 other tenants. There are 2 community rooms (living areas) that are completely furnished with couches, chairs and tables. Shared kitchen included with full appliances such as stove, fridge, dishwasher, 2 microwaves and a toaster oven. There is laundry on site. We have a small driveway that all cars are parked in when it snows but there is plenty of street parking. Must like dogs since there is one very friendly and loving dog on premises. The rent is $715.00 all utilities included and wifi but no cable. To move in you will need one months rent and one month security.
