NEED CASITA, GUESTHOUSE IN PALM SPRINGS, CA AREA TO RENT, PETS PERMITTED!

Looking in Palm Springs, CA area for detached casita, guesthouse, need fenced yard, some shade would be ideal. This is not Air BnB.

I have a 4 lb. dog (not a yapper, very friendly Chihuahua), 6 lb. indoor/outdoor cat, 15 lb. Desert Tortoise AND a found 3" domestic Finch, whose owner I have yet to find (posted ads.) He is not a loud bird, soft bird talk under his breath.

I, at this point, am not looking for perfection, rustic, working order works for me. My pets are my main concern, safe, quiet area.

I keep to self, have no one in and out, except once in awhile my pet sitter in my absence.

There must be someone out there willing to tent to one with pets. I have been at my place for 19 years, owner passed 4 years ago, daughter selling property ... she will provide reference. I also did the yard work (nearly an acre) for a good 18 yrs ... for free. Her dad loved me and my pets but I guess not quite enough to remain here : /

I can pay rent in advance as well.

Please no calls to tell me about a place that I can't have my pets. I will not be dumping them to rent your available place. I must have had 22 calls; I DO HAVE PETS!
