Mature professional couple looking for 3 or 4 bedroom house to rent for 2 or 3 years or longer

Edmonton, South Central, South West or South East area of the city. Occupying your home would be my wife and I, our granddaughter and great grandson; they have been with us for the past 7 years. We have well established employment relationships and can provide excellent references. Home cannot have been smoked in and must be free of pet hair/cat dander as we are allergic to both.
Ideally the home is 4 bedrooms, 2.5 -3 baths, has space for an office and has central air conditioning. We are preferring a double attached garage and looking to occupy by mid July. As stated, we are looking for a situation wherein the owners are open to a long-term lease of up to 5 years, perhaps even longer.
We are extremely meticulous about how we look after any home and will treat yours as though it is ours.
