Mature, female veteran, seeking housing in North County (Coastal). Specifically looking for small spaces like cottage, granny-flat, studio, and gate keeper style places or extened house sitting. On fixed low income, I will work for lower rent within reason. A quiet neighborhood with a place to park. I have my own furniture, washer, dryer, and fridge if needed or can be stored.
