large room for rent

I would like to rent a large room for rent with private bath and use of the whole entire house including washer and dryer air conditioning I cannot live with any animals because of my allergy.

I do not smoke I do not drink I'm looking for a quiet safe area in the medical center area.

7/26/2018 is when I need to move ASAP I am a great tenant I am looking to live with a retired female only or elderly female only one elderly or retired female only.
