I'm offering a fully furnished room with private toilet and entrance in my 2 bedrooms apartment, The lease is $950 per month + $600 for Security deposit, which is refundable during your departure. Utilities charges is included in payment and make you entitles to the utilities such as fridge, freezer, oven, washing machine, dryer, gas cooker, micro-wave, dishwasher, electricity bill, Internet is available{WiFi} , laundry, desk, parking and others. Pets OK.
