All inclusive room for rent with private bathroom

We have two rooms currently for rent. One is furnished with a king sized bed while the other is furnished with a queen sized bed. All ultlities are included except the washer & dryer which are on the “honor system” of $2.00 a load. We are also installing a jacuzzi which will be an added bonus 😃!
Rental is $ 400 a month (maybe less for the right person who’d be willing to help with yard work or general maintenance). We have two well behaved dogs so we’re sorry but no kitties please.
