Lost Cockatiel

We have a pretty cockatiel who has been sitting in our trees in out backyard for about a week now, trying to catch him but he won’t go in a cage we were given and he’s eating the black oil seed I’m feeding the outside birds!
If anyone is missing a cockatiel in the Drums, Pa area by Edgewood in the Pines please contact me ASAP.
We know he won’t last long in the cool weather would hate to see anything happen to him! We know they don’t fly far from home so thinking the owner must be close. Here’s hoping we find them😢 We live in Drum, Pa.
