In need of help in dire need of help

In our need of hel me and my dogs are struggling and having a really hard time I am waiting on my disability to finalize but we have no electricity and no running water I can't seem to get any help and I need a generator if somebody please has a generator I can borrow or buy really cheap I would really appreciate it it's hot and we have no shade no way to get to town to get ice or anything so please somebody help us please
