Free Persian cat to understanding home

Persian female cat 13 years old needs understanding home. I have sheltered her for 11 years now and cannot do it any more due to circumstance. She is a beautiful black/grey Persian and is 13 years old. She has bright orange eyes. She had 4 homes before me and is declawed too. I have had her since she was 2 years old. She has the problem of peeing outside the litter box and needs an understanding home that can handle that. She is also a bit grumpy but very loving when she wants to be. She has always been current on vaccines, Rabies FVRCP and Leukemia. Has flea and tick control, Bravecto Cat on. Please help out Karma, thank you.
